Of all the restructurings in recent years, HEMA has received the most media attention. The outlines of the restructuring are clear. The NACIIL is therefore pleased to organize its Spring meeting 2021 around the restructuring of the HEMA as implemented in the second half of 2020. The meeting will outline the background to the financial problems, offer insight into the developments during the restructuring and provide tips for the future.
