The Netherlands Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law (“NACIIL” or in Dutch: “NVRII”) kindly invites you to its annual conference on November 6, 2015 at the office of Allen & Overy.
The topic of this conference will be the recast of the European Insolvency Regulation. Michael Veder will review the headlines and highlights, whereas Johan Jol will be presenting his views on the consequences of the upcoming changes for the international restructuring and insolvency practice. There will be plenty of room for discussion.
