NACIIL Lustrum Annual Meeting 10 November 2016: Universal effect for non-EU insolvencies?
The Dutch Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law (NVRII) is organizing its sixth annual meeting on Thursday 10 November 2016 in Amsterdam.
The topic of this anniversary annual meeting will be: “Universal effect for non-EU insolvencies?”. As a result of the announced Brexit, it is of increasing importance which consequences are attributed in the Netherlands to insolvency proceedings opened in non-EU member states. During this meeting, the many interesting questions raised by the effect of non-EU insolvencies will be discussed. Further speakers are Jasper Berkenbosch and Marie-Jose Geradts.
