On 23 November 2021, led by professor Reinout Vriesendorp and professor Michael Veder the NACIIL will debate on the possibilities for recognition of Dutch Scheme judgments under the Brussels 1 bis Regulation and the Insolvency Regulation. This debate will take place under the presidency of Elsbeth de Vos, (senior) judge at the Amsterdam District Court and member of the WHOA-pool. The meeting is expected to take place in person and will then be concluded with a drink.
